Join Blackfriars for their day-long Nordic Baking class, where you'll perfect artisan baking techniques, gain confidence in working with traditional ingredients, and enjoy the results of all your hard work.

From cardamom-scented buns to rye breads, you'll explore loads of recipes throughout the day, as well as enjoying a set three-course communal lunch with wine in the cookery school.
