STACK’s famous Hadrian’s Tipi is back again for the 2019 festive season!
Becoming one of the most popular hang-out spots in Newcastle at Christmas, Hadrian’s Tipi is the best place to shelter from the cold with a little tipple or hot drink, log fires, festive lighting and the usual array of amazing food stalls. It will be open to the public from 5pm on Thursday 24th October and remain at STACK until early January 2020.
The festive pop-up will feature two warming fire pits, festive lighting, cosy seating areas and a selection of Christmas themed food and drinks, bringing a winter festival feel to the centre of Newcastle and continuing the festival-style theme that the venue is now renowned for.
Surrounded by over 30 independent retailers, selling niche products, health and wellness offerings, bars and restaurants, it proved last year to be the perfect place to pick up some last-minute Christmas gifts, whilst enjoying the hospitality on offer from the Tipi and catching up with friends, colleagues and family.
The tipi will be host to a number of events throughout the festive period, including new family friendly additions; Love Potion Making with Katie’s Garden on Saturday 26th October and Pigmy Fluff Making on Sunday 27th October (tickets still available) as well as sold out events including a Frozen kids party and a Mini Elves kids party.
Many events are sold out, but there's still a selection of activities for everyone to enjoy, including the Woofgang dog social where families and dog owners alike can meet Santa on Sunday 1st December, as well as the return of Christmas 2018’s favourite event, Santa in the Tipi. Hadrian’s Tipi has now become a staple of the festive celebrations in Newcastle and is enjoyed by all ages. STACK’s line up of weekly live entertainment will continue throughout the Tipi’s stay, with many Christmas themed activities also planned during the three months.
