These Isles: An Illustrated Talk with Brian Groom: Newcastle City Library

Join journalist and historian Brian Groom at Newcastle's City Library this June for an illustrated talk about the history of the British and Irish Isles, with his new book These Isles: A People's History of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Covering 900,000 years of history, it promises to be a fascinating evening, with the chance to purchase signed copies of These Isles after the talk too.
