Heritage Open Days - Discover the Photographic Work of Laszlo Torday: Newcastle City Library

Join Newcastle City Library for a show and tell session on the works of Hungarian photographer Laszlo Torday with Heritage Open Days 2025!

Torday, who arrived in the North East in early 1940, was a keen photographer of the streets and people of Newcastle and his works are a fascinating documentary of how the city has changed over the years.
