The Great Market Caper: Grainger Market

The historic Grainger Market is a local institution where us Geordies head to stock up on everything from fashion and street food to fresh produce and now it’s set to stay open longer and later with its after-hours event The Great Market Caper.

The Grainger Market will be open from 6:00pm until midnight on Saturday 3rd September to treat shoppers to an evening of fun in one of the Toon’s most iconic locations with a smorgasbord of new attractions including food and drink stalls, live music and entertainment like stand-up comedy and salsa dancing lessons.

With further dates scheduled for the first Saturday of every month, The Great Market Caper looks set to become a fun-filled fixture on Newcastle’s event calendar.

Tickets for The Great Market Caper cost £10.00 and the event is suitable for ages 16+.
