Last updated:

Newcastle’s Restaurant Week has grown year on year, and this August, the toon is welcoming a smorgasbord of newcomers onto the foodie scene. They’re all bringing something fresh and exciting to the table, and we can’t wait to sample their delicious dishes. Without further ado, here’s NE1 Newcastle Restaurant Week’s newcomers…

KALTUR

Located in Newcastle’s coolest corner, High Bridge Street, we reckon this little Spanish restaurant has the perfect vibe for a chilled pre-night out meal or intimate table for two. NE1 Newcastle Restaurant Week is the perfect time to make the most of their offer of a two-course lunch for just £15, with treats including tasty tapas and sumptuous seafood.

Their menu takes classics including fish and chips and black pudding and gives them a modern and mouth-watering twist. Indulge in a vintage cocktail or two and be sure to take advantage of their NE1 Newcastle Restaurant Week offer of two courses for £10, or three for £15.
