Santa’s House on Pilgrim Street Returns for Christmas 2026 - With Prices Frozen and Tickets Launching This Easter

Following a completely sold-out run in 2025, Santa’s House on Pilgrim Street returns this Christmas — bigger, more magical, and more in demand than ever.

Tickets for the 2026 season will be released this Easter, with organisers confirming that prices will remain frozen at 2025 rates for this initial release — offering families the chance to secure one of the region’s most sought-after festive experiences at exceptional value.

Last year’s run welcomed over 1,000 children and their families, with all December dates selling out by November. The experience has quickly become one of the North East’s most talked-about Christmas events, with visitors describing it as:

  • “Extraordinary, wonderful show!”
“This is the REAL Santa — amazing.”
“What an incredible experience — breathtaking. WOW.”

Many have gone even further, calling it:

  • “The best Santa experience in the UK… by far.”

Set within the historic Alderman Fenwick’s House, the immersive experience invites families to step inside a beautifully created festive world — filled with candlelight, storytelling, and magical encounters.

For 2026, the experience returns with:

  • New stories and songs from Santa
  • Enhanced décor and even more magical surroundings
  • More playful, mischievous elves guiding the journey
  • A deeper, more immersive storytelling experience throughout

Craig Wilde, Creative Director, said: “The response last year was incredible — what people connected with was the feeling of stepping into a real story.

This year, we’re taking that even further. More magic, more atmosphere, and an even richer experience for families. We’re also really pleased to be freezing prices for this first release, so as many people as possible can be part of it.”

The 2026 dates include a special preview weekend followed by a limited run of performances in December:

Preview Weekend:
Saturday 28 November & Sunday 29 November (morning performances)

December Dates:
Saturday 5 & Sunday 6 December
Saturday 12 & Sunday 13 December
Saturday 19 & Sunday 20 December

With demand expected to exceed supply once again, families are strongly encouraged to book early when tickets go live this Easter.
