North East Film Club Celebrates 50th Anniversary of Practically Perfect Mary Poppins

A community film club dedicated to bringing the magic of the movie musical to the silver screens of North East is hosting a special screening of the 1964 hit musical, Mary Poppins. Taking place at 2.30pm on Sunday 21^st December at Side Cinema, Newcastle upon Tyne, the supercalifragilisticexpialidocious screening hosted by Musicals’ Club will celebrate the 50^th anniversary of Julie Andrews’ movie debut as the practically perfect Mary Poppins. The event will include prizes, giveaways, fancy dress, a Mary Poppins-themed quiz and themed snacks and drinks.
