Newcastle Born Jamie Lee Harrison Releases New Single "Without Your Love"

Jamie Lee Harrison today releases his new single “Without Your Love,” the lead track from a three-song package that also includes “Nobody Knows About Me” and “I Will Meet You There.” The release marks what the singer-songwriter describes as the most honest music he has ever made, born from three years of personal loss and grief that shaped a deeply emotional body of work.

The release has already received a remarkable endorsement from Jamie’s hometown. Newcastle United FC played “Without Your Love” during the players’ warm-up at St James’ Park ahead of their match against West Ham on Sunday 17th May, a moment that underlines the deep connection between the artist and the city that raised him.

Without Your Love” is described by Harrison as the most uplifting track he has ever written, a song about someone being so woven into who you are that life without them doesn’t make sense. “I Will Meet You There” is among his most personal, capturing the quiet ache of wishing you could see someone one last time after they’re gone, while “Nobody Knows About Me” confronts the experience of spending so long in other people’s shadows that you start to wonder if anyone has ever truly seen you.

A Year of Momentum

The new music arrives at an extraordinary time for Harrison. In the summer of 2025, he opened for Robbie Williams at the Come Together Festival on Newcastle Town Moor and performed on the BBC Introducing Stage at Kendal Calling. He has supported artists including Becky Hill, Tom Grennan, Lucy Spraggan, and Ronan Keating, and was invited to perform at the Mercury Prize 2025 press event in Fenwick Newcastle at the Greggs restaurant. His catalogue now boasts 2.84 million streams, over 1,700 radio plays, 26 editorial playlists, and a playlist reach of 11.4 million. Industry recognition has come from the likes of David Guetta, while his collaborative work includes releases on Sony, Warner Music, and Polydor.

A Personal Transformation

Away from the stage, Harrison has undergone a remarkable personal transformation, losing seven stone in weight, a journey that mirrors the renewed sense of purpose running through his new music. He has also recently become a patron of the Chloe and Liam Together Forever Trust and has entered the Great North Run in support of the charity, demonstrating his commitment to giving back to the North East community.

What’s Next

Fans can catch Jamie live at an intimate headline show at Cosmic Social on Low Fell, Gateshead, as well as a special in-store performance at HMV Newcastle on 27th June. Both events offer an up-close experience with an artist whose soulful, heartfelt performances have sold over 1,000 headline tickets across 2024 and 2025.

Harrison is also the founder of Artistribe, a boutique publishing company, and continues to work on new material with collaborators including Sam Divine. “This is a pivotal moment for me, and I don’t say that lightly,” says Harrison. “This is the music I always knew I had in me. I just needed to live enough of life to find it.
