Launch of the new Marco Pierre White Steakhouse menu

This May we see the launch of the new Marco Pierre White Steakhouse menu. Located within Hotel Indigo on Fenkle Street, Newcastle it's hand AND there is convenient parking. You will find all the Marco Pierre White favourites on the new menu along with some extremely tempting new dishes. Head chef Paul Amer has come up with the sociable 'Ideal for Sharing' Platters - choose from 'Best of British' and the 'Seafood' option. Presented on a wooden platter it's all about top quality ingredients with plenty of choice and quantity. Find Potted Duck, Piccallili, Crab Cakes, Whitebait & traditional cured hams. All served with black pudding, Bramley Apple Compote and Garlic Mayo (depending on which platter you choose). You can see why Marco's have an AA Rosette.
As you would expect from a steakhouse there is an exceptional steak menu with choices including Ribeye, Sirloin, Fillet and a 16oz T bone. The beef is aged for 28 days so expect quality meat with a choice of sauces and huge onion rings with chunky fries. There's a retro inspired Chicken Kiev too, a nice swerve on the 70's dish with homemade onion rings. You may also want to try the Fillet of Sea Bass with Saffron and Chorizo or the Crispy Belly Pork with Bubble & Squeak or maybe the avocado and chicken salad with blue cheese. Tasty, different and something for everyone.
We met new General Manager Paul Borg too, who will be building on the existing excellent reputation of this city centre hotel and eaterie.
