Comedian & Presenter Joe Lycett Returns to the Tyne Theatre with Brand New Tour

The Tyne Theatre and Opera House have announced that Joe Lycett will be bringing his new show More, More, More! How Do You Lycett? How Do You Lycett? to the Theatre on Friday 6th and Saturday 7th May 2022.
Joe Lycett (the artist formerly known as Hugo Boss) will be doing what he does best: talking at a room of people in a queer and comedic fashion in his first tour in years. He previously has visited the Tyne Theatre with sold out comedy shows in 2016 and 2018.
Joe has appeared on numerous television programmes including QI, The Graham Norton Show, The Royal Variety Performance, 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown, Taskmaster, and more. He hosts his own consumer comedy hybrid show for Channel 4 called Joe Lycett’s Got Your Back and has hosted multiple programmes for BBC Radio 4, including Joe Lycett’s Obsessions.
His first tour in years promises to be packed with MORE jokes, MORE comedy anecdotes and MORE inappropriate and arguably disturbing paintings, all in the hope of answering the age-old question: How do you Lycett? How do you Lycett?
Theatre Director Joanne Johnson has said “We’re so excited to have Joe Lycett return to our stage with his brand-new show. He is a real favourite with our audience and has previously sold-out numerous comedy shows at our venue. We encourage anybody wanting to attend to book early to secure your seats - we expect tickets to fly out!”
Tickets for Joe Lycett go on sale Friday 18th June at 10am and can be purchased from the Tyne Theatre and Opera House website. Members of the Tyne Theatre Friends’ Club have access to pre-sale tickets on Thursday 17th June.
