Byte to Eat @ The Core launching 14th October 2015

Creative Space Management is set to take the hassle out of lunchtimes… well, once a fortnight at least! Every other Wednesday you’re invited for a “Byte to Eat @ The Core” on the steps of Blue Star Square. Creative Space builds communities of businesses and as the first building on the new Science Central site they look forward to welcoming you soon. Following the great success of ‘Ouse turn is it for lunch’ at their sister site, Toffee Factory in Ouseburn Valley, the team is launching pop up lunches at The Core, Science Central. There will be a host of popular independent North East food establishments ‘popping up’ around 12-2pm, to serve you some delicious treats. Toby Hyam, Managing Director, Creative Space Management said: “Great food is a fantastic way to bring people together and we’re excited to launch ‘Byte to Eat’ which will enable businesses, our communities and pop-up partners to come together. We hope the pop ups will become an important date in the community diary.” The first pop up lunch will have an extra twist, taking place 14^th October. Zapatista Burrito Bar will arrive a staggering 3 hours ahead of schedule to serve their beloved breakfast burrito meaning you could have a pop up breakfast and lunch, what a treat! But if that seems a lot, brunch is always an option. Find them pitched up from 8.30am! Following this special launch, Byte to Eat are delighted to have Scream for Pizza on 28^th October, at the normal time of 12-2pm. With many more to follow. Dave Gorringe, Manager for Corporate Risks Associates and occupier at The Core, has had the pleasure of working at both sites. Moving to The Core from Toffee Factory when it opened, he’s excited for the pop up to arrive: “Pop up lunches are a great idea and a welcome addition to the Core!  It’s typical of Creative Space Management to ensure they provide a first class working environment for the tenants and visitors alike.” Ranging from burritos, to pizza, to BBQ, there’s something that will pop up for everyone. The street food style allows you to eat on the go but no need to rush off straight away if you don’t want to, enjoy some fresh air in Blue Star Square or get comfy on a sofa in the networking area, soaking up all the “Byte to Eat” atmosphere.
