Way Back Wing – Shark Club Newcastle rolls back the price of its famous wings to 2011 for its 15th birthday
One-night birthday offer on 30th September gives guests the chance to enjoy wings for just 35p each
Shark Club Newcastle is marking 15 years at the heart of the city’s hospitality scene by bringing back the original price of its famous chicken wings for one night only.
Having originally helped introduce the city to the wings dining trend, the Gallowgate venue has gone on to serve more than 20 million wings over the past 15 years.
Way Back Wing Wednesday will be held on 30th September, and will see the venue offering wings at just 35p each – half the current price of its Wing Wednesday deal.
The wings come in a choice of nine flavours including Jack Daniel’s BBQ, Salt & Pepper, Teriyaki, Chipotle Lime and Siracha Honey.
Kyran Woodcock, General Manager at Shark Club Newcastle, said: “Wing Wednesday has always been a firm favourite with our guests, so this felt like the perfect way to celebrate our 15th birthday. Bringing the price back to where it all began is our way of saying thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years - and giving people another reason to get together for a great night at Shark Club. We’re also looking forward to revealing an exciting new menu in October too, which will include some fantastic new wing flavours. Wing eating challenges will be making a comeback too…so watch this space!”
