The Alchemist and Everleaf Partner up to Create Festive Menu for the Sober Curious

The Alchemist, pioneers in molecular mixology, have partnered up with non-alcoholic aperitif brand, Everleaf to concoct a menu of festive cocktails with the flexible drinker in mind.

The party season is a time often centred around drinking with alcohol consumption in the UK increasing by 41% in December. The collaboration was forged with this in mind to cater to people who are ‘sober curious’ and are searching for non-alcoholic versions of their favourite cocktails.

The menu will consist of three bespoke serves that can be tailored with the addition of alcohol.

Exclusive cocktails:

  • Winter Paloma: A festive twist on the classic with Everleaf, grapefruit, lemon, spiced Berry and oak smoke. Tailor with El Bandarra aperitivo and tequila
  • White Choc Cherry: A sweet sensation of Everleaf, Milk, cream and Giffard white choc cherry foam. Tailor with Mozart white chocolate liqueur and vodka.
  • A theatrical serve of Everleaf, cranberry, citrus, vanilla, coke and festive shimmer. Tailor with Disaronno and gin.

Available for a limited time only in all their UK venues, from the 20th of November.

To celebrate the partnership The Alchemist will be holding an Everleaf terrace takeover at their Canary Wharf venue for the duration of the campaign. The terrace will be inspired by a mystical forest, crafted with sustainably sourced paper, and will feature whimsical serves delightful for the festive season.

Jonathan Fraser-Prinn, Head of Bars at The Alchemist said: "We’re pleased to partner with such a premium non-alcoholic product. Usually, we lead with alcoholic serves but this year we wanted to turn that on its head and create premium non-alcoholic cocktails with a trademark dash of theatre. The serves can then be personalised with the addition of alcohol to create bespoke moments of exploration for our guests."
