It is back by popular demand. Thai-Kwondo makes a massive return on 5th and 6th October 2018 at Wylam Brewery in NE1.
Highly regarded, Thai-Kwondo celebrates everything Thai with 2017 boasting ‘Rainbow Rad Thai’, Tom Kha Gai Noodles, Masaman Beef, and a cheeky ‘One night in Bangkok’. Following the same format as the Battle of the Burger, Slice Wars, Mexican Standoff and the infamous Argie Bhaji, a host of vendors offer a tasty taster portion for £3.00. The aim of the game is to sample each offering and cast your vote at the end of the weekend.
All food is purchased via token which can be bought at the front desk. These can be bought by cash only. All bars accept cash and card.
As always, these events turn into a little bit of a party. Vendors confirmed for the night include: The Star of Siam, Nomad Curries, River Beat, Sohe, One Night in Bangkok, Nan Bei, Pad Thai Dutty Fries and Laneway Coffee (Saturday only).
Opening times are from 5pm til late on the Friday and serving from midday on the Saturday until late.
As always these Battle events are free entry and Wylam would like to welcome all including children and well-behaved dogs.
