Writer, poet and TV producer Henry Normal is known for his stand-up poetry - that's a combination of stand-up comedy and poetry to the uninitiated - but he's about to take a more relaxed approach when he swings by Wylam Brewery on the Newcastle leg of his Sit Down tour.

Armed with just a chair, a microphone and an arsenal of stories, jokes and poems, Henry is about to introduce you to the art of "sit down" poetry!
