At the weekend, The World Headquarters run a night called Uplifting Groove, which is the backbone of the Club. Using just one Dj, Tommy, playing solo for 5 hours per night. This means he is nearly always upstairs both weekend nights. He also plays 8 hour sets at all the big parties that we are so well known for, like the legendary Halloween & New Years Eve epics.
Staying true to the Old Skool ideal, of one Dj playing the entire night, allows the Club to develop around his phenomenal record collection in a constantly evolving, secret little house party kinda way, which no other Club in Newcastle these days, would dare even chance
