A fabulous musical comedy set in 1850’s California full of high energy performed by Starlight Theatre Productions. The story begins with an exciting discovery, Jennifer, Ben Rumson’s teenage daughter stumbles across some gold. News travels fast and before you know it the whole town rush to Rumson Creek to make their fortunes. As the only female in the town Jennifer hits a couple bumps in the road and struggles with the frustrating gold miners but eventually strikes up a friendship with Mexican man named Julio. A Musical feel-good comedy full of energy with lots of great musical numbers to enjoy.
