First Aid Kit will be bringing their music to NE1 on 4th November 2018 at the O2 Academy in Newcastle.
The Swedish folk duo consisting of sisters Klara and Johanna Söderberg will be accompanied by a drummer, a pedal steel guitarist and recently a keyboard player. In 2008, they became internationally known by their YouTube video cover of the Fleet Foxes's "Tiger Mountain Peasant Song" that gained significant internet popularity. In 2015 they were nominated for a Brit Award as one of the five best international groups.
They come to Newcastle with their Rebel Heart tour following the hugely successful release of fourth album, Ruins. They will be joined by long-term friends, The Staves.
