Lunchtime Concert - Pellingmans’ Saraband with Sara Salloum: Newcastle University

Pellingmans’ Saraband are joined by Sara Salloum in this programme of Elizabethan and Jacobean “Division-Musick” (variations and improvisations on well-known chord progressions and ballads of the time), as well as polyphonic works by Byrd and Tallis. John Dowland’s songs and instrumental pieces will take centre-stage, as 20 February 2026 marks the 400th anniversary.
