This Event has passed
St. James's Park is the oldest football stadium in the North East and Leazes Park was Newcastle's first public park, both originally part of the Town moor. Walk around the outside of St. James' and inside Leazes parks and hear of the development of the two parks featuring intense local politics over the years. Meet at the Bobby Robson Statue, St. James' Park at 2.30pm and finish at the Bobby Robson Garden, Gallowgate. Walk is on a 'just turn up' basis.
