In the Experiment Zone - YOU are the scientist! Carry out practical experiments using real tools and materials and meet real-life working scientists. Visitors can help in actual research projects taking place in the regions universities and discover a range of hands-on experiments. Find out what its like to be a forensic scientist, try your hand at DNA extraction, or be a food scientist and discover healthy bacteria. (Recommended for ages 7+).
