Bealim House is Newcastle’s first authentic Gin distillery, bar and eatery. Home to The Newcastle Gin Company and the city’s only working in-house Gin still.
Formerly a print works, the bar’s interior design pays homage to the history of the building honouring its industrial feel with wooden flooring, antique leather seating, vintage tiles and varnished brick walls.
Bealim House incorporates an open-plan kitchen on the first floor serving sharing platters as well as a unique twist on classic bar food.
The concept for the menu is social dining, a relaxing and popular concept encouraging people to dine their way.
Our extensive drinks menu includes our own brand of on-site ‘hibiscus’ Gin, a range of delicious cocktails, fine wines with tasting glasses and a beer table fitted with self-pouring pumps where groups can pre-order a keg of beer of their choice.
