NX Fan Zone, Westgate Road
NX boasts the largest indoor screen of any fan zone in the city and is set to turn its 1,500 capacity into the biggest city centre football party. They’ll be showing all of England’s World Cup matches indoors, hosted by Sky Sports Keith Dowie giving match analysis and banter! The folk at NX know how passionate Newcastle is about its football so promise to deliver a programme of live music and DJs alongside the games themselves – Northern hospitality at its finest!
Northumbria University Students' Union, Sandyford Road
Students and the general public alike can enjoy the World Cup Fanzone at Habita and in Domain on the first floor of the Students’ Union with massive – and we mean MASSIVE! – screens, throughout the tournament and they’re offering a rather unique bonus of entry tickets starting at £3 with student discount which include a free drink of either a pint of Carling, Stowford, 125ml wine or pint of soft drink. Add in the great food and drink options they serve daily and it’s a guaranteed winner whatever the football results.

Shark Club will be showing all England games across the World Cup on a whopping 32 HDTVs, promising to provide the ultimate footballing destination and sports entertainment in the North East.
