Warehouse A/W Campaign - Tales of the City
AW2014 sees High Street retailer Warehouse launch a new content rich digital platform which is set to become the modern woman’s go to guide for navigating the daily trials and style tribulations of urban city life.
Entitled ‘Tales of the City’ and housed on the blog it will extend beyond fashion into culture and entertainment and become the first place to find the latest articles and news from the brand. Content will be housed under four editorial pillars written to reflect the occupations and conversations of modern women through the areas of Style, Work, Play and Relationships.
Inspirational content will be created through partnerships with contributors from fashion and the wider creative community with a talent pool of weekly collaborators including photographers, stylists, illustrators, musicians, bloggers and editors all keen to share their vantage point on city life.
Brand Director Paula Stewart comments, “‘Tales of the City’ celebrates style on your terms; a new go-to guide for fashion, life and career – and everything in-between.
Fashion is everywhere but it’s so easy to be overwhelmed with choice. We want to offer a curated edit of trends and give the Warehouse woman confidence to develop her own sense of style - to wear fashion in a way that’s right for her.
Warehouse have always believed in making fashion simple and accessible for everyone, and with the power of digital channels our customer can access ‘Tales of the City’ whenever and wherever she wants, whether that’s mobile, social or in-store.”
The platform will feature weekly editions at warehouse.co.uk/talesofthecity as well across Warehouse’s social channels and a seasonal, bi-annual printed magazine to be distributed in-store and with selected partners. The first issue of Tales of the City magazine will feature the new AW14 campaign shot by emerging British photographer Jon Gorrigan against iconic London locations.
