Unwind INNSiDE: A Free Citywide Meditation & Yoga Experience Celebrating 4 Years of INNSiDE by Meliá Newcastle with WE RISE
INNSiDE by Meliá Newcastle, part of Meliá Hotels International, is celebrating its fourth year in Newcastle with a FREE large-scale meditation, yoga, and breathwork event at the hotel, in partnership with WE RISE, the city’s newest yoga studio. The wellness event on Saturday 14th June will bring together wellness enthusiasts and the local community for a transformative group experience, making it Newcastle’s largest-ever free meditation session with 50 places available.
The event is open to all abilities and will run from 9.30am. The event will feature a 90-minute session combining guided meditation and breathwork to help reset the nervous system and improve mindfulness, followed by a 45-minute yoga class. WE RISE was born from the desire to create a social space where health-conscious, like-minded people could move, meditate, breathe, relax and grow, combining tried-and-tested practices and ritual with the latest scientific evidence to inspire practices that are sustainable for modern living.
The new partnership with WE RISE forms part of INNSiDE’s philosophy ‘Stay Curious’, which aims to accommodate guests’ every need with inspired lifestyle experiences enriched with locally curated music, art, independents and culture.
