ÜGOT Presents The Second "On The Right Tracks" Powered By Gigiti To Showcase New Musicians In The North East

After the success of the first "On The Right Tracks" event, ÜGOT is all set to bring another day of exciting North East talent to the platform at Newcastle Central Station on Friday 27 March. As well as working with well know music industry giant, Jamal Edwards of SB.TV, UGOT has teamed up with the exciting tech start-up Gigiti to present a whole host of new artists to commuters and fans in Newcastle Station. Gigiti brings a similar ethos focused on supporting the up-and-coming music scene and together UGOT, SB.TV and Gigiti will for one day, shine a spotlight on the talent of Newcastle and the North East. UGOT is the brainchild of Joe Carnell (21) and Jamal Edwards (24) of SB.TV and seeks to bring honest, healthy food to train stations across the country. With stores in both Newcastle and York, and expansion plans for Harrogate, Leeds and Manchester, UGOT represents a fresh face among the otherwise unchanging station and city centre scenes. Having shown that the "On The Right Tracks" concept has the potential to highlight brilliant young musical talent, UGOT and SB.TV will be on the look out for the next big artist at Friday's event. "On The Right Tracks" will be 'powered by Gigiti', a young tech company looking to revolutionise the way live music is managed and accessed. The idea was born out of the frustration of finding and booking venues and promoting live music events and the founders; Louisa Plint (23), Luke Stuart- Smith (22) and Elliot Lings (19) set about building a website and company with the sole purpose of standing up for the up-and-coming music scene. This "On The Right Tracks" event will feature nine exciting young artists covering a range of genres and formats. Having run an video entry competition, a number of the artists featured fought of stiff competition to win their chance to play. It will take place on Platform 2 of Newcastle Station from 12pm and is expecting to draw large crowds. There will be access onto the platform for individuals not travelling. The artists featuring at the event: 12:00-12:30pm Connor Pattison 12:40 - 1.10pm Back Into The Wild 1:20-1.50pm Keiandra 2:00-2.30pm Sam Thomas 2.40-3-10pm: Will Connor 3:20-3:50pm: Consept 4:00-4.30pm - Olivia Devine 4.40-5:10pm -Geoff Mull 5.20-6:00 - Charlie Dancer For more information about the event and any of the companies involved, check out the links below or contact the Gigiti team at [email protected] UGOT http://www.ugotuk.com/ https://www.facebook.com/UGotUk https://twitter.com/UGOTUK SBTV http://sbtv.co.uk/ https://www.facebook.com/online.sbtv?fref=ts https://twitter.com/sbtvonline Gigiti https://www.gigiti.com https://twitter.com/GigitiUk https://www.facebook.com/GigitiEntertainment
