Treat magpie mad mums this Mother’s Day

FOOTBALL mad mums can be wined and dined this month within sight of Newcastle’s hallowed St James’ Park turf. Sodexo Prestige, which runs the conference and banqueting facilities at Newcastle United, has organised a special Mothering Sunday lunch on Sunday 30 March for lovers of the beautiful game. Families can choose either a two or three course table d’hôte meal, prepared by Sodexo’s award-winning team of chefs, followed by a mini tour of the stadium and all mums will also be given a gift as a memento of their special day. The Mothering Sunday Lunch at St James’ Park is priced at £18.95 per person for three courses or £15.95 for two, with children dining for £9.95 and £7.95 respectively.
