The Gate has a new bar & restaurant and it's about to put Newcastle on the map. Formerly Bar Beyond and Opera, The WonderBar is the first of its kind. Not just a fantastic place to eat and drink with food offers every day and pints from £2.99, The WonderBar is an experiential bar with 'casual interactive darts', Bavarian Stompers/ Bierkeller Bingo nights and live music.
Make this year's festive party something different - The WonderBar are offering experiential Christmas parties that you won't forget! The Amazing Bavarian Stompers will be on every Friday and Saturday night with packages starting from £12 and include a stein and a bratwurst. Dancing, singing, swaying and the finest ice-cold German beers all served to your table by lederhosen-clad staff! Perfect for an exciting Christmas knees up with a twist! As it is the Wonderbar's first Christmas there's no extra charge for Christmas Bierkeller.
They'll also be the only place in Newcastle with interactive darts, a big trend in London which brings the fast paced, competitive nature of the sport into the 21st century, totally ideal for a fun Christmas outing with the team. The WonderBar are offering a complimentary bottle of Prosecco when you book after work darts Mon - Thursday 4-7pm.
Who doesn't love a Christmas film? Throughout December they will be showing festive films on their stunning HD TVs for you to enjoy with a well-deserved Christmas cocktail from 3pm every day.
