The UK’s No.1 Bridal Coach Michele Paradise returns to The North East Wedding Show this autumn. With over 20 years in the modelling industry, Michele has appeared as an expert and judge on Britain’s Next Top Model as well as several other TV programmes and trained as a hypnotherapist with Paul McKenna. Now a Harley Street Life Coach, Michele has combined her wealth of skills and experience to help brides look and feel good inside and out on their big day. Working closely with her clients, Michele gives brides the confidence they need to ensure their big day is the best day of their lives.  Michele’s workshops cover important areas including diet and lifestyle before the wedding and how to remain relaxed and calm on the day itself.
