Fresh Element invites the region’s bride and grooms to the annual Wedding Showcase at BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art on Sunday 1 March 2015 between 12.00pm-3.00pm. Taking place across two floors, the showcase will give couples the opportunity to come down to the international art gallery, meet the friendly Events Team, take a tour of the venue and get some ideas for the big day from some of Fresh Element’s recommended suppliers. Visit the River Terrace and see the room set up for a beautiful wedding ceremony and wedding breakfast and speak to the Wedding Coordinator with a glass of fizz and try some tasty canapés. On Level 1, meet some amazing suppliers including the talented Sean Elliott Photography, Bride & Groove DJs who will have guests dancing in no time and Cocoa Luminaire, who give weddings some Hollywood glamour with movie-star lights. Couples who attend the Wedding Showcase and book BALTIC as their wedding venue before the end of April 2015 will also be entered into a free prize draw to win a Hot Air Balloon Ride for two in the striking Taittinger Champagne Balloon. The winners will be greeted with Taittinger’s prestigious Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs and enjoy light refreshments on landing. Six is BALTIC’s award-winning restaurant. Located on the top floor it’s famous for its staggering views over the Newcastle and Gateshead Quaysides. The restaurant serves a delicious modern British menu, drawing inspiration from the very best ingredients in the North East. The restaurant is available for weddings breakfasts and the Viewing Box is ideal for smaller ceremonies and canapé receptions.
