Burnetts named one of the top ten law firms in the North

Newcastle law firm Burnetts Solicitors has been named as one of the top ten most highly recommended law firms in the North in new client research from Legal 500, ranking eighth in the region.

The research draws on nearly 200,000 client responses from across the UK and uses Net Promoter Scores to measure how likely clients are to recommend the law firms they work with. To be included, firms also needed a minimum of 150 client responses and multiple Legal 500 rankings.

It’s a particularly important recognition for Burnetts because it’s based directly on what clients themselves have said. Providing specialist legal advice and exceptional service is at the heart of what the firm does, so knowing that clients would recommend Burnetts to others is a really meaningful measure of that.
