North East property group shortlisted for Scottish Home Awards 2015

All Saints Living, part of Newcastle based company The High Street Group, has been listed as one of three finalists competing for ‘renovation of the year’ at the Scottish Home Awards 2015.
The award nomination comes after the recent re-development of their landmark Larbert House project, which is situated in Stirlingshire, Scotland.
The £18m renovation of Larbert House has seen the 200 year-old Mansion House rejuvenated along with the original stable block and walled garden.
Set in the scenic Stirlingshire Landscape, Larbert House has been described as ‘contemporary living in historic surroundings’ and has already generated huge interest, with 80% of the property already sold off plan in the first phase of the development.
Willi Thompson, Director of All Saints Living said: “It’s a fantastic achievement for such a young company to be shortlisted for this a prestigious award.”
With properties in Seaham, Harrogate, Richmond and Whitehaven, All Saints Living has become the fastest growing property company in the North East, having only been established since late 2013.
A string of successful developments has prompted All Saints Living to source even more new project ventures in the North East. Willi explained: “We are keen to expand our footprint in the North East, whether this is purely by acquisition or potential joint ventures with local developers - we are very flexible and forward thinking in our approach.”
Originally founded in 2007, the Scottish Home Awards were established as an independent awards programme to recognise excellence in the Scottish house-building industry.
The awards evening will take place at the Thistle Hotel in Glasgow on Thursday 18th of June 2015.
