Meat:Stack Opens its Doors with its Sauciest Burger Yet

A new and exciting brunch, lunch and dinner menu will be unveiled


Local burger business, Meat:Stack is set to open its doors on Groat Market on Friday 10th July with a brand new menu, including the San Diego – a burger packed with spicy habanero salsa, pink onions, southside sauce and American cheese on top of the classic double stack.


The new menu will also play centre stage to Meat:Stack’s most popular burgers from over the years, making a permanent addition of its famous Cease and Desist, a tongue-in-cheek nod to Meat:Stack’s past. Other newly permanent offerings include the Yellowstone, New Mexico and The Bigg Kahuna – now renamed to celebrate the restaurant’s new home.


For those who like an alternative to beef, Meat:Stack will be offering the Char-Sui Chicken Sandwich and, for the vegans, the Jack:Stack – crispy jackfruit patty, vegan cheese, southside sauce, pink onions, lettuce and tomato.


Opening daily from 9am, customers can expect the American style diner to serve up a selection of its popular food offerings such as the West Coast Classic. The burger has a cult following having been on every Meat:Stack menu since day one and it remains  the most popular cheeseburger to this day.


Meat:Stack, who prides itself on its authentic smashed and steamed cheeseburgers has injected new excitement into its revamped menu for the restaurant opening introducing fast and high-quality breakfast, lunch and dinner options.


The restaurant will also be serving up mouth-watering sides including Parmesan Truffle Garlic Fries, Chicken Tenders and Queso Chilli Fries and a range of soft serve milkshakes in a number of flavours including Biscoff, Blueberry and Maple & Peanut Butter.

The team has worked incredibly hard over the past few months to develop a menu that not only champions our classic burgers that our customers know and love but also pushes boundaries bringing something fresh and new to the burger market table. Meat:Stack will open to the public on Friday 10th July from 9am-10pm Monday to Sunday.


The restaurant is the first of many eateries entrepreneurs Allan Hyslop, Tom Westman and Charles Mair plan to open across the UK.
