The Magic festivities begin on Friday 2 June when Newcastle Thunder raise the curtain on a huge weekend of rugby league in the Toon. The Thunder host Bradford Bulls under the lights at Kingston Park in the Betfred Championship and Magic Weekend ticket holders can get their Friday Night rugby league fix for just £5.
On Saturday, the Year 10 Girls Champion Schools Final will be held at St. James’ Park for the first time, taking centre stage before the weekend’s opening Super League fixture between the in-form Red Devils and Robins.
The Warriors and Dragons reignite their rivalry in Game Two on Saturday, before a West Yorkshire Derby between the Rhinos and Tigers closes the curtain on day one.
There’s an intriguing contest between winless Trinity and the high-flying Leopards to kick start day two, before the World Club Champions take the field against the Giants.
Hull FC will be hoping for a repeat of their 2022 Magic Weekend result, this time against a red-hot Wolves side.
And that’s not all. The Community Integrated Care Learning Disability Super League returns to Magic Weekend with exhibition fixtures taking place on the pitch at half time of Game Two on both Saturday and Sunday.
Physical Disability Rugby League makes its long-awaited return to Magic Weekend when Salford Red Devils take on Wigan Warriors during half time of the Red Devils versus Robins fixture on Saturday.
There’s also try tag and touch rugby fixtures taking place across the weekend to cap off a huge festival of rugby league.
Off the field, Strawberry Place once again hosts the fun-filled fan zone with activities for all the family. Fans can take advantage of the unique pass in and out system to get the full Magic experience, as well as exploring everything Newcastle has to offer with exclusive deals for Magic Weekend attendees across the city.
