INTU SAYS THANK YOU

intu Eldon Square has been awarded one of the highest accolades in customer service, the Institute of Customer Service ServiceMark. Hundreds of local people took part in this achievement by filling out surveys and talking to visiting assessors in the centres about their experiences whilst visiting. Regional Marketing Manager, Karen Carr said: “We loved hearing what our customers had to say about their visits to intu Eldon Square, and we heard some really inspiring ideas about how to continue improving the service we give to our shoppers. We want to make sure that every single visit brings a smile to people’s faces.  A big thank you to the people of NewcastleGateshead and all of our staff who made this possible. We would like our customers to continue telling us about their experiences at our centres which they can do at anytime by visiting tellintu.co.uk.
