INNSiDE Newcastle collaborates with independent record label Rebel Rose for Bedroom Gig

For one night only, INNSiDE Newcastle’s Townhouse Suite will be transformed into a stage for emerging artists to perform a unique set thanks to a collaboration between INNSiDE by Meliá UK and Rebel Rose.

Scotland’s Russell Stewart and Rosie H Sullivan are heading to Newcastle this November for the eighth-edition of the Songs of Northern Britain showcase - celebrating up-and-coming artists and the live music industry. To commemorate the exciting occasion, both artists will be performing an intimate set  ahead of the event at INNSiDE Newcastle on Friday 17th November. 

Glasgow-based Russell Stewart has been making waves throughout the UK scene. His music is a symbol of modern soul, blended with a flare of electronic sounds and an alternative twist. Reaching over 4 million streams, Russell has been heard across major platforms such as BBC Radio 1 and Spotify’s New Music Friday UK. 

After the success of her 2022 EP So I’ve Been Told , singer-songwriter Rosie H Sullivan is paving the way for Scotland's acoustic scene. A master at harnessing an influence of past experiences and her surroundings, her music has hooked audiences across the UK and beyond. Together the pair will play back-to-back sets for one night only, transforming INNSiDE Newcastle into a captivating stage.

INNSiDE The Bedroom is a series of gigs and experiences in an intimate setting across INNSiDE UK hotels, which initially launched last year with singer-songwriter Newcastle based Andrew Cushin, who took over an INNSiDE Manchester bedroom with an acoustic set.

Rebel Rose is a Newcastle- based independent music label, created by the minds behind Pillar Artists and LLIVELY Music. The label has successfully utilised years of the personal dedication, passion and expertise of its founders to lead the North East’s music and events scene into the future.
