Exclusive Mamma Mia Brunch Comes to Roof Thirty-Nine this Bank Holiday
This August bank holiday, Fentimans and Fenwick are set to host an exclusive Mamma Mia brunch experience at city centre rooftop hotspot, Roof Thirty-Nine by Fentimans & Fuego.
Taking place on Sunday 30th August from 12pm– 2pm, the brunch promises the ultimate Mediterranean-inspired experience where guests can enjoy an afternoon of food, drinks and music before making their way to NE1’s Screen on the Green at Old Eldon Square for the free film screening of Mamma Mia! at 3pm. As part of the experience, the first two rows at the screening will be reserved exclusively for brunch guests, ensuring they have the best seats in the house to sing along to the film.
Tickets are priced at £30 per person, including a cocktail, large plate and side, with a live DJ adding to the atmosphere throughout the afternoon, giving guests the opportunity to sing along to their favourite Mamma Mia tracks before the film.
Guests are required to pre-order their meals upon booking, with a variety of delicious Fuego favourites available to enjoy. Visitors can pick from a vibrant selection of large plates including the Fuego Burger with manchego, basque sauce, rocket and patatas bravas, Coal-Roasted Bream with Sicilian salad and Salmoriglio dressing, Aubergine Siniya with grilled aubergine, tahini sauce, lemon yogurt, pine nuts and crispy onions, and Chicken Souvlaki and Halloumi Skewers with fattoush salad, harissa and garlic labneh.
A variety of small plates will also be available to select including Patatas Bravas with roasted garlic aioli and Fuego seasoning, Heirloom Tomato and Samphire Salad with melon ajo blanco, Courgette, Apple, and Ibores Salad with chardonnay dressing, and Charred Broccoli with tahini and hazelnut dukka.
Guests will receive a cocktail on arrival and can pick from an expertly crafted cocktail list to enjoy throughout. Signature cocktails include the Summer Sunset which combines tequila, limoncello and Fentimans Victorian Lemonade, the Dirty G&T, served with Hepple Gin, Noilly Prat and Fentimans Indian Tonic Water, and the Frozen Pomegranate Mule, blending Hepple vodka, pomegranate syrup, lime juice and Fentimans Ginger Beer. A range of summer spritzes will also be available including the Fentimans Rose Spritz, Limoncello Spritz, Elderflower Spritz and Valencian Aperol Spritz.
