New Contemporary Jazz Quartet: Group Theory
Passionate about new music and crafting a unique sound, Group Theory perform original compositions. The group met playing together in the award-winning Durham University Big Band and, whilst still at University, have continued to play together in a variety of different contexts. This variety has cultivated the group's imaginative and dynamic musical approach to improvisation and helped form a strong sense of ensemble between the players. Expect new sounds from an energetic ensemble!
