Rhyme Around the World A Nursery Rhyme Exhibition: Seven Stories
Description
Rhyme Around the World is a celebration of much-loved ditties and rhymes shared across generations around the world. This exhibition is rich with sensory play and packed with beautiful artwork. It is a rare opportunity to enjoy Harold Jones illustrations from the classic Lavender's Blue published in 1954, and enjoy the artwork of well known, international and rising star illustrators, all commissioned to contribute to Over the Hills and Far Away - A Treasury of Nursery Rhymes from Around the World compiled by Seven Stories co-founder, Elizabeth Hammill.
This is a delightful exhibition for all the family where dressing up, singing and remembering your favourite rhyme are essential activities for everyone. Supported by Frances Lincoln Children's Books, part of the Quarto Publishing Group UK and the Siobhan Dowd Trust.
