Dominic Cummings is a political strategist and former senior adviser to Prime Minister Boris Johnson. He is best known as Campaign Director of Vote Leave, the official campaign that secured victory in the 2016 EU referendum, and later as Chief Adviser in Downing Street from 2019 to 2020. Earlier in his career, he worked on campaigns against UK membership of the euro and played a key role in education reform while advising Michael Gove at the Department for Education. One of the most influential figures in recent British politics, he is widely recognised for his unconventional approach to government, policy and political campaigning.
