Orchestra North East: Newcastle Cathedral

Enjoy the captivating melodies of George Butterworth's A Shropshire Lad, Rhapsody for Orchestra, Sergei Rachmaninov's Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini and Camille Saint-Saëns' Symphony no. 3 ‘The Organ Symphony at Newcastle Cathedral this October.

Performed by Orchestra North East, with soloists Khrystyna Mykhailichenko and Ian Roberts, and conductor James Burton, it's set to be a beautiful evening of live music - whilst also marking forty years since they gave their first concert as an independent orchestra!
