Gypsy Queen: Live Theatre

Performed by John Askew and Rob Ward, Gypsy Queen follows the story of 'Gorgeous George' O'Conell and gay boxer Dane 'The Pain' samson. Gorgeous George is a ferocious bare-knuckle fighter and member of the traveller community, who enters the unforgiving world of professional boxing. In the opposite career, the son of a boxing legend and the new kid on the block, Dane 'The Pain' Samson is fighting his own personal battle. An unconvetional love story between two fighters who discover that their greatest challenge lies outside the ring.
