Explore the works of groundbreaking 20th-century British photographer Yevonde at Laing Art Gallery's new exhibition.

A pioneer of colour photography, the trailblazing artist captured some of the most famous faces of her time - from George Bernard Shaw and Vivien Leigh to John Gielgud and Princess Alexandra.

Running until April 2024, Yevonde: Life and Colour is the largest ever showcase of her work featuring over 150 photographs including 25 newly discovered works.

Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to witness Yevonde's groundbreaking photography in person.
