Newcastle's Christmas Markets is here and it's bigger than ever!
As well as taking in Grey's Monument, Grey Street and Grainger Street, this year the markets extend to include Blackett Street and Northumberland Street for the first time, as well as including traditional, and not-so-traditional rides!
Wander the stalls and top up your Christmas spirit, with food, drink and loads of gifts available from a huge variety of vendors.
The markets will remain in place right up until Christmas Eve, so even if you leave it until the last minute, you can grab a perfect present! The street-food and beverage stalls will even remain in place until New Year's Eve!
As well as expanding to new areas, other exciting additions this year include a ski-lodge-themed bar, as well as a traditional carousel, live music and a 30m toboggan ride on Blackett Street.
With the famous and iconic Grainger Market almost adjacent to the Christmas market, you can browse hundreds of independent retailers and food vendors right in the heart of the city!
