Introducing the Fenwick Bakery Academy – a hands-on baking experience designed especially for children who love to get creative in the kitchen. Through a series of fun, interactive classes, young bakers will learn new baking techniques, build confidence, and develop new skills while creating delicious treats to take home.
The Bakery Academy has been designed as a progressive 8-class journey, with each session introducing new recipes, techniques and challenges to help children grow in confidence as they bake. Children are encouraged to complete all eight classes within a 18-month period, collecting achievements and building their skills along the way. New Academy classes will be released every school holiday, with sessions running throughout each half term and school breaks. Fenwick's summer programme marks the beginning of the Academy, with autumn, Christmas, February half term, Easter and future holiday classes following throughout the year.
