Hugely popular workshop will help develop your bread making skills. Following on from their beginners course, a master baker will help you make up to four artisan loaves. A basic knowledge will help but is not essential.
Proper bread should be made from just flour, water, yeast and salt - and nothing else! Our bread-making courses follow this ethos using locally-milled stone ground flours and often with sourdough starters to produce wonderfully delicious and nutritious bread. They take place in our Workshop facility and are relaxed, informative and fun.
Anything you don’t eat can be taken away together with recipe cards for your own bread making at home. All dough is hand-kneaded and aprons are provided though it’s best to dress casually and comfortably as bread-making can be a messy activity! These courses always sell out really quickly so book your place now!
TIMES: 9.30am to 4.30pm; includes refreshments, a set lunch, wine, coffee, your own apron and bread to take home!
PRICE: £125 per person paid in advance.
Friends and family are very welcome to join the workshop participants for their three course lunch, a glass or two of wine and coffee for just £25 per person – book your place below.
