Comtes de Champagne Dinner: 21

Join 21 Newcastle at their Trinity Gardens restaurant on July 26th 2018 for an intimate dinner in the hands of Champagne Taittinger. The champagne specialist will guide guests through the 2007 vintage of Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs, with some sumptuous seasonal dishes from the team at 21.

Dishes include cured wild salmon, lobster royale, roast saddle of lamb and poached white peaches, all paired with a Taittinger tipple. 

Champagne Taittinger remains one of the great 'Grand Marque' champagne houses and our friends at 21 are incredibly excited to be hosting the experts to help showcase their extensive range, pairing it with a delicious dinner.
