Located in the heart of Newcastle, St. John the Baptist Church is a stunning medieval churchand Grade I listed building, parts of which date back as far as the 12th century.
The church, which worships within the Anglo Catholic tradition, is home to a stunning pulpit dating back to the Jacobean era and medieval stained glass windows and surrounded by a gorgeous green space, one of just a few in Newcastle city centre.

Opening hours
Please note that St.John the Baptist Church is currently only open for Mass at 10:30am on Sundays and 12pm on Tuesdays.
If you are making a special trip to visit the church, staff may be able to accommodate - please contact the church in advance.
