Their premium-graded beef is reared on carefully selected, sustainable British farms. It's then matured for 30 days, hand-prepared by their master butcher and expertly cooked by their chefs - for you to savour in relaxed, elegant surroundings.
There's plenty more on the menu besides steak, from build-your-own burgers and freshly prepared salads to chicken, fish dishes and luxurious little extras to give your steak that final flourish.
